Partner Yoga & Acro Yoga for Two

Quality time spent together. Participation for two in a 90-minute partner yoga and acro yoga group class at Aurora Yoga Studio

This is a yoga class that combines a series of partner yoga exercises with playful, fun, and acrobatic acro yoga, as well as relaxing therapeutic flying and Thai yoga massage. This practice offers an opportunity to spend time together with a partner, exercise playfully, laugh at yourself and with your partner, and step out of your comfort zone.
