Individual yoga class

1 x pass for an individual yoga class of your choice in Aurora Yoga Studio

1:1 individual yoga class is an opportunity to either start with yoga at your own pace or to focus on learning specific postures and techniques of your choice.

As an example an individual yoga class can be:

• A yoga class for a complete beginner
• Pre-natal yoga class
• Just a private 1:1 yoga class - personal approach
• A yoga class with the focus on learning more advanced postures such as headstands or arm balancing poses
• A yoga class focusing on a specific issue (tight hamstrings, tension in shoulders, back pain, etc)
