โข English description below โข
Since the opening of Aurora Yoga Studio in 2018, our retreat series has become a wonderful part of our yoga studio. These camps combine various practices of yoga, acroyoga, and personal development.
Each time, the camp also has a specific main theme from which all workshops originate in one way or another. The theme of the autumn camp is Presence.
Presence is a place where we can truly experience and receive life's gifts. There are no worries about yesterday or tomorrow here. It is what is real. It is the place where the power lies to truly decide, change direction, and take real steps in the desired direction.
It is the place to truly feel and experience.
Over the weekend, we will search for and explore the magic of being in the moment through many different practices.
