This course is, on the one hand, an introduction to the core principles of Yin Yoga, and on the other hand, a journey toward a deeper understanding of the connection between the physical body, emotions, and inner state and through this connection, learning how to support yourself in everyday life.

The course combines the slow, deep, and mindful practice characteristic of Yin Yoga with the principles of traditional energy work and body balancing.
Through a practical approach, we will explore the main principles of Yin Yoga and the 5-element theory derived from Chinese medicine.

Yin Yoga is accessible to everyone.ย 
Every body is different, and the teachers offer various modifications for each person so that the practice remains sustainable and supportive.

This kind of practice helps increase connection with oneself, calm the nervous system, and create greater freedom of movement and lightness in the body.

According to yoga philosophy, the Water element is connected to the kidney and bladder meridians, and working with these supports deep restoration and increased vitality.
In this workshop, we will focus physically on the lower back, hips, and legs.
On an energetic and emotional level, we will work with vitality, courage, and inner peace.

The Wood element is connected to the liver and gallbladder meridians, and working with these enhances the ability to remain flexible and trust the natural flow of life.
Physically, we will focus on the hips and thighs.
This workshop helps release anger and tension while increasing harmony within oneโ€™s inner world.

The Fire element is connected to the heart and small intestine meridians, and working with these helps cultivate joy, inner peace, and a sense of love in life.
We will focus on the chest, shoulders, and arms.
Energetically and emotionally, we will explore the ability to forgive and the ability to give and receive love.

The Metal element is connected to the lung and large intestine meridians, and working with these supports creating inner clarity, releasing the old, and welcoming the new.
We will practice exercises designed to release tension from the chest and upper back, supporting freer breathing and helping release grief and old restrictive patterns in life.

The Earth element is connected to the spleen and stomach meridians, and working with these increases overall stability in life and helps bring you back to your center.
We will work with the abdominal area and inner thighs.
This workshop helps ground you, strengthen your ability to stay centered, and increase self-trust and inner balance.
