Hi, I’m Gaétan — a certified Wim Hof Method Instructor with roots in France, now calling Estonia home for the past three years. It was here, surrounded by icy lakes and crisp northern air, that I discovered the Wim Hof Method — a natural path to feeling stronger, calmer, and healthier, both mentally and physically. The method harnesses the power of cold, breath, and mindset to unlock resilience and reconnect us with our inner strength.

I’ve always loved challenge and discipline, whether in my work as a civil engineer or as a lifelong basketball player and coach. But the Wim Hof Method took me deeper — teaching me resilience, balance, and how to find calm even in the most intense moments.

Speaking more about the breathing practice, it has been life-changing. It has helped me reduce stress, feel calmer (even though I’m naturally calm), boost my energy, improve my mood, sharpen my focus, and enhance my endurance on the basketball court. I’ve seen how this simple yet powerful tool can transform both mind and body.

Breathing is something we do automatically, yet most of us rarely notice it. Modern life pushes us from one challenge to another without pausing for a single, conscious breath. Over time, the way we eat, sleep, work, and live creates bad breathing habits — even though breath is our life force. It fuels our movement, our thoughts, our balance, and our health. It is connected to the deepest part of our DNA, influencing every cell in our body, and much more...

There is so much to learn about the breath — its power, its magic. As Wim Hof says, “feeling is understanding.” So come, breathe, reconnect with yourself, and experience the magic for yourself.
