Mariliis has completed the 200h Ashtanga Vinyasa coach training of Yoga Alliance and the 100h Yin yoga training.
Mariliis teaches Yin Yoga, which offers deep meditative stretches, and physically active Vinyasa and Ashtanga Yoga classes.
