Active and flowing

In physically active vinyasa yoga classes we move smoothly from one position to another using the rhythm of breathing. We move in and out of postures while strengthening our bodies, being aware of our breathing and playing with balance and flexibility. In this class we use Ujjai breathing technique.

In the first half of the class we focus on physical activity and in the second half we stretch and relax. Vinyasa yoga class is suitable for both beginners and advanced as most positions offer simpler or more difficult variations.
